Refreshing Green Smoothie



This refreshing green smoothie is packed with nutrients and flavor. It's a perfect way to start your day or replenish your energy after a workout.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups spinach leaves
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/2 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup optional

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a blender

Blend until smooth and creamy

Adjust sweetness with maple syrup if desired
