Greek Lamb Meatballs
These Greek lamb meatballs taste great and are great for meals that are Keto or Whole30-friendly. They are full of herbs and spices from the Mediterranean, which makes them juicy and tasty.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375F 190C
In a mixing bowl, combine ground lamb, red onion, garlic, parsley, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper
Mix well
Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
Brown the meatballs on all sides in the skillet, then transfer them to a baking dish
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through
Serve hot, garnished with additional parsley if desired
