Mushroom Bacon Skillet



A tasty and filling keto-friendly dish made with garlic, crispy bacon, and mushrooms. Seasoned with coconut aminos and apple cider vinegar.

Ingredients:

  • 6 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 pound mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon coconut aminos
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions:

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy

Remove bacon from skillet and set aside, leaving the bacon fat in the skillet

Add sliced mushrooms to the skillet with the bacon fat

Cook until mushrooms are golden brown and tender, about 5-7 minutes

Stir in minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant

Add coconut aminos and apple cider vinegar to the skillet, stirring to combine

Season with salt and pepper to taste

Return the cooked bacon to the skillet and toss everything together

Garnish with chopped parsley before serving
